International Shipping: USPS Express with 3-5 day service or USPS Priority with 6-10 day service to customs. We can also ship FedEx, UPS or DHL if you have an account with them.

Pack carefully so that neither the frame nor magnet touches the outside of the box. Double boxing with a cushioning like bubble wrap. Do not use shipping peanuts. They shift and do not protect your speaker well.

Insurance is recommended. Include your name, ship-to address, daytime phone and email address for return tracking info. Factory warranty requests must include the bill of sale. If parts are in stock, turnaround is usually 3-5 days once the quote is approved.
