Brand New Cerwin Vega XL-12S 12″ Aftermarket Recone Kit 4 Ohm. Parts specs:

• Cone: 12″ cone, 2.7” deep, 1.5” vc, red foam surround
• Kapton Voice Coil: with 2.015” inside diameter, 2.0” vc form length, .750” wind width, 4 ohms, dual leads parallel
• Cup Spider: 5.906″ outside diameter with a 2.0″ vc opening, and .210″ cup height 
• Dustcap: 3.75″ Felt dome with CV Logo
• Gasket: 12″ rubitex, 4 segment
• Pigtails, shims and instructions are included.

You will also need glue and epoxy which are sold separately.
