Ideal for Speaker Repair Applications

Use M-3035 adhesive for:

Application Instructions

1. Remove old adhesive and loose debris from both bonding surfaces.
2. Make sure the surfaces are clean and dry.
3. Apply a thin, even layer of adhesive.
4. Join the components and carefully position them.
5. Hold or secure the parts in place as needed.
6. Allow the adhesive to cure before operating the speaker.
7. Use only in a well-ventilated area. Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, children, and pets.
8. Replace the cap tightly after use to help prevent the adhesive from drying inside the tube.

Do not apply adhesive to foam. Applying glue to the foam causes the foam to curl and makes it difficult to attach properly. Instead, apply the glue to the cone edge and the frame and when tacky, tap the foam down.

The adhesive begins to tack quickly, but longer curing produces the strongest bond. Allow at least 1–2 hours before light handling. For best results, allow the repair to cure overnight before putting the speaker back into service.
