Brand New Sunn 1216PA-2 12″ Aftermarket Recone Kit 16 Ohm. Parts specs:

• Cone: 12″ outside diameter, 2.7″ deep, 1.5″ voice coil opening, smooth body, cloth edge
• Voice Coil: 1.518″ inside diameter, 1.5″  form length, .500″ wind width, 16 ohm, 2 layers
• Cup Spider: 1.5″ VC opening, 4.251″ outside diameter, .475″ cup height
• Dustcap: 3.2″ paper, no lip
  
• Gasket: 12″ paper, 1 piece 
• Pigtails, shims and instructions are included.

You will also need glue, epoxy and latex which are sold separately.
