Brand New Cerwin Vega ATW-121 & ATW-124 12″ Aftermarket Recone Kit. 8 ohm, 4 layer voice coil. Parts specifications:

• Cone: 12″ outside diameter, 2.7″ deep, 1.5″ voice coil opening, red foam surround
• Voice Coil: Kapton with 1.522″ inside diameter, 1.875″  form length, .650″ wind width, 8 ohm, 4 layers
• Cup Spider: 5.921″ outside diameter with 1.5″ VC opening, .210″ cup height
• Dustcap: 3.751 outside diameter, felt dome with CV logo
• Gasket: Reuse original
• Pigtails, shims and instructions are included.

You will also need glue and epoxy which are sold separately.
