Description

Brand New JBL 708G 8″ Aftermarket Recone Kit. This is an 8 ohm kit that repairs the 708G & 708G-1. ***Difficult DIY repair: the surround will need to be trimmed down to 1/8″ and the voice coil’s former will need to be trimmed for the dust cap to fit.***

Parts specifications:

• Cone: 8″ outside diameter, 1.562″ deep, 2.0″ voice coil opening, ribbed, foam edge
• Voice Coil: Kapton with 2.0″ inside diameter, 1.75″  form length, .625″ wind width- 8 ohms
• Flat Spider: with 2″ VC opening, 5.075″ outside diameter
• Dustcap: Screen lip up, 2.250″
• reuse original gaskets
• Pigtails, shims and instructions are included.

You will also need glue and epoxy which are sold separately.
