Description
Brand New Mackie 15″ M1575W 2.5″ VC Aftermarket Recone Kit 16 ohm. Parts specifications:
- Cone: 15″ outside diameter, 4″ deep, 2.0″ voice coil opening, cloth accordion edge surround, the voice coil opening will need to be opened to 2.5″
- Voice Coil: Kapton with 2.510″ inside diameter, 1.75″ form length, .30″ wind width, 16 ohm
- Flat Spider: with 2.510″ VC opening, 5.910″ outside diameter
- Dustcap: 4.338″ outside diameter paper dome with lip up
- Gasket: 15″ rubitex gaskets
- Pigtails, shims and instructions are included.
You will also need glue, epoxy, and latex which are sold separately.

This recone kit works for one of the speakers in the SA1521 cabinet. There were multiple woofers used so verify that you have the one with the 2.5″ voice coil in order to use this kit. Recone parts are also available in 4 ohm and 8 ohm and in 3″ voice coil version.
