The HPM-100 remains one of the most sought-after vintage loudspeakers ever produced, making proper restoration an excellent alternative to replacing an increasingly expensive original woofer. This kit features a Gray/Beige (greige, if you will) textured cone designed to closely replicate the original appearance while delivering outstanding performance.

This kit includes the major components needed to rebuild a damaged woofer, including the cone, voice coil, spider, dust cap, pigtails, shims, and detailed instructions.

Important Installation Note:

• A 5.895″ cup spider is used in this kit rather than the 7″ flat spider the speaker originally had. Glue the spider to the inside of the frame instead of the original flat spider landing. Below is what the cup spider looks like in the frame. The difference in the outside diameter of the spider is negligible. It will perform the same once the parts have been worn in.
