Brand New Turbosound or Behringer TS-12W1000B4 12″ Aftermarket Recone Kit, 4 ohm. Parts specifications:

• Cone: 12″ outside diameter, 3.2″ deep, 2.0″ voice coil opening, cloth surround with m roll
• Voice Coil: Kapton with 2.569″ inside diameter, 1.75″  form length, .750″ wind width, 4 ohm
• Cup Spider: with 2.420″ VC opening  5.705″ outside diameter, .565″ cup height
• Cup Spider: with 2.0″ VC opening, 5.976″ outside diameter, .400″ cup height
• Dustcap: 4.125″ outside diameter, paper
• Gasket: 12″ Celestion type, 4 segments
• Pigtails, shims and instructions are included.

You will also need glue, latex and epoxy which are sold separately.
