How We Repair Ohm F’s

Refoaming: We replace the foam surround on the outside of the cone with a foam surround  and we replace the foam  on the inside bottom throat of the cone with felt.

Replace Voice Coil and Spider: We can also replace the voice coil and spider if needed. We must remove the surround in order to access the voice coil, so refoaming is included in this price. The original coils were 4 ohm and flat wound and we use the same type of coil. To complete either repair, the original cone must be in good condition and cannot be dented or damaged. Our normal turnaround time of 2-5 days does not apply to these drivers. Turnaround is closer to 1-2 weeks. They require quite alot of time and attention. Read more about Ohm F repairs
