The Speaker Exchange® may accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase, after which returns will require a special authorization. If you wish to return a product you ordered please contact customer service and request instructions to return the product. All returned products must be in 100% BRAND NEW CONDITION.
- Electronic Parts (amplifiers, PCB’s, input boards, etc): NO RETURNS. The part will come with the manufacturer’s warranty if there is any issue with it, but it cannot be returned due to a change of heart or misdiagnosing.
- Speaker diaphragms and drivers: Must be returned in their original factory packaging, including the outer shipping box, with no labels applied to the factory box! Otherwise, a refund may be denied.
IF A RETURNED ITEM SHOWS ANY SIGNS OF INSTALLATION OR USE, A REFUND MAY BE DENIED. If you are returning an item for a refund, you are responsible for the return shipping. Your return will be processed and a credit issued to the same payment method as used in the original sale. Sometimes it will take one to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement, or a few days to a week via PayPal. A re-stocking fee of 10-20% will be charged on ALL returns. Special-orders (items that were ordered specifically for you and are not for sale on our website) are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Returns on items with Free Shipping: Outgoing shipping costs will be deducted from refund amount.
You can attempt a cancellation by calling The Speaker Exchange® at 1-813-237-4800 or sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a confirmation by phone or e-mail when your order was cancelled. *Please note: All order cancellations are subject to a 4.5% credit card processing fee. No Exceptions.
