The Speaker Exchange® may accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase, after which returns will require a special authorization. If you wish to return a product you ordered please contact customer service and request instructions to return the product. All returned products must be in 100% complete, resalable condition. Products must be returned with original packaging manuals. Incomplete returns will not be accepted. Freight Must Be Prepaid & Insured to our returns warehouse. If you are returning a purchase for a refund, you are responsible for the return shipping. Your return will be processed and a credit issued to the same payment method as used in the original sale. Sometimes it will take one to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement, or a few days to a week via Paypal.
How Do I Cancel An Order That Was Just Placed?
Most orders are released from our warehouse within 24 hours of placing the order, after the order has cleared our fraud prevention and credit department. You can attempt a cancellation by calling The Speaker Exchange® at 1-813-237-4800 or sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a confirmation by phone or e-mail when your order was cancelled.
