The Speaker Exchange® may accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase, after which returns will require a special authorization. If you wish to return a product you ordered please contact customer service and request instructions to return the product. All returned products must be in 100% BRAND NEW CONDITION.
- Electronic Parts (amplifiers, PCB’s, input boards, etc): NO RETURNS. The part will come with the manufacturer’s warranty if there is any issue with it, but it cannot be returned due to a change of heart or misdiagnosing.
- Speaker diaphragms and drivers: Must be returned in their original factory packaging, including the outer shipping box, with no labels applied to the factory box! Otherwise, a refund may be denied.
IF A RETURNED ITEM SHOWS ANY SIGNS OF INSTALLATION OR USE, A REFUND MAY BE DENIED. If you are returning an item for a refund, you are responsible for the return shipping. Your return will be processed and a credit issued to the same payment method as used in the original sale. Sometimes it will take one to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement, or a few days to a week via PayPal. A re-stocking fee of 5-10% will be charged on ALL returns or order cancellations. Special-orders (items that were ordered specifically for you and are not for sale on our website) are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Returns on items with Free Shipping: Outgoing shipping costs will be deducted from refund amount.
How Do I Cancel An Order That Was Just Placed?
Most orders are released from our warehouse within 24 hours of placing the order, after the order has cleared our fraud prevention and credit department. You can attempt a cancellation by calling The Speaker Exchange® at 1-813-237-4800 or sending an e-mail to email@example.com. You will receive a confirmation by phone or e-mail when your order was cancelled. *Please note: Order cancellations may be subject to a 5% re-stocking fee to cover nonrefundable payment processing fees from the sale.*
