The Speaker Exchange® may accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase, after which returns will require a special authorization. If you wish to return a product you ordered please contact customer service and request instructions to return the product. All returned products must be in 100% BRAND NEW CONDITION.

  • Electronic Parts (amplifiers, PCB’s, input boards, etc): NO RETURNS. The part will come with the manufacturer’s warranty if there is any issue with it, but it cannot be returned due to a change of heart or misdiagnosing.
  • Speaker diaphragms and drivers: Must be returned in their original factory packaging, including the outer shipping box, with no labels applied to the factory box! Otherwise, a refund may be denied.

IF A RETURNED ITEM SHOWS ANY SIGNS OF INSTALLATION OR USE, A REFUND MAY BE DENIED. If you are returning an item for a refund, you are responsible for the return shipping. Your return will be processed and a credit issued to the same payment method as used in the original sale. Sometimes it will take one to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement, or a few days to a week via PayPal. A re-stocking fee of 10% will be charged on ALL returns. Special-orders (items that were ordered specifically for you and are not for sale on our website) are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

Returns on items with Free Shipping: Outgoing shipping costs will be deducted from refund amount.

In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will either issue a shipping label or reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise. We ask that shipments to our warehouses be insured and done using UPS or FedEx so you can get a tracking number and be sure that the shipment does arrive.
If you should receive damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will initiate a damage claim with the shipper. Upon the shippers discretion, the package will be picked up or inspected. Keep all product, the box and packaging materials until the claim is resolved. A speedy settlement will require that you send pictures of: a) the damaged  product, b) the shipping box, c) the inside packaging materials, d) the shipping label affixed to the box.
Customs/Import Fees: The rate shown at checkout includes shipping & handling and insurance only. Duty/taxes and other import fees imposed by the receiving country may be required at the time of delivery. Contact your country’s Customs Bureau for more information. UPS broker fees may be required at delivery for clearing services. Contact UPS for terms and conditions applicable to your country. Unclaimed or refused orders are deemed abandoned and are then seized by the carrier. Abandoned orders are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

You can attempt a cancellation by calling The Speaker Exchange® at 1-813-237-4800 or sending an e-mail to info@speakerex.com. You will receive a confirmation by phone or e-mail when your order was cancelled. *Please note: All order cancellations are subject to a 4.5% payment processing fee which covers the non-refundable payment processing fees we incur from the sale. No Exceptions.
