Description
Black Contact Glue for reconing kits: used to attach spider to frame, cone surround to frame, or gaskets to frame. Perfect for attaching DIY refoam kits to speaker cone and frame. Do not follow the instructions on the glue package and spread on both surfaces. Do not apply adhesive to the foam. Applying glue to the foam causes the foam to curl and makes it difficult to attach properly. Instead, apply the glue to the cone edge and the frame and when tacky, tap the foam down.
Comes in hard plastic bottle. Not easily squeezed.
Recommended amount: There is enough glue in one tube for two or more refoam jobs or one recone job.
