JBL 2231A, 2231H, 2234H, 2235H, 136A 15″ Aftermarket Recone Kit

Brand New JBL 2231A, 2231H, 2234H, 2235H, 136A Aftermarket Recone Kit 8 ohms. Parts specifications:

• Cone: 15″ outside diameter, 2.75″ deep, 4.0″ voice coil opening, foam edge, ribbed body 
• Voice Coil: 3.9″ inside diameter, 1.25″  form length, .75″ wind width, 8 ohm, edge wound
• Flat Spider: with 4″ VC opening, 7″ outside diameter
• Dustcap: Paper dome no lip, 4.408″
• Gasket: 15″ foam, JBL style, 4 sectors
• Pigtails, shims and instructions are included.

You can reuse the original mass ring or purchase a new one. 

You will also need glue and epoxy which are sold separately. 

As an upgrade to the epoxy toughened cyanoacrylate adhesive and accelerator are available, which can also be used to glue the spider to the frame and the dust cap to the cone.
