Brand New B&C 12PE32-8 12″ Aftermarket Recone Kit. 8 ohms. Parts specifications:

• Cone: 12″, cloth accordion edge surround, 2.652 deep, 2.5″ voice coil
  
• Voice Coil: Kapton with 2.550″ inside diameter, 1.5″  form length, .625″ windings width, inside/outside windings, 8 ohm
  
• Flat Spider: with 2.425″ VC opening, 5.625″ outside diameter
• Dustcap: paper, 4.124″ outside diameter
  
• Gasket: 12″ rubitex
  
• Pigtails, shims and instructions are included.

You will also need glue, epoxy and latex which are sold separately.
