Jensen P12R C4897 3 Recone Kit. Parts specifications:

• Cone: 12″ with paper surround 3.0” deep, 1.0” VC opening, smooth body, all paper
  
• Kapton Voice Coil: 1.005” inside diameter, 1.0” VC form length, .312” wind width, 8 ohms
• Cup Spider: 2.688” wide,  1″ VC opening, .230″ tall
• Dustcap: Paper 1.8″ no lip
• Pigtails, shims and instructions are included.

You will also need glue and epoxy which are sold separately.
