Brand New Jensen P12R C6166 12″ Aftermarket Recone Kit, 8 ohm. Parts specifications:

• Cone: 12″ outside diameter, 3″ deep, 1.0″ voice coil opening, one roll, all paper, ribbed
• Voice Coil: Kapton with 1.005″ inside diameter, 1.0″  form length, .312″ wind width, 8 ohm
• Cup Spider: with 1.0″ VC opening, 2.7″ outside diameter, .185″ cup height
• Dustcap: 1.800″ outside diameter paper dome vintage flat top
• Gasket: 12″ paper, 4 segments
• Pigtails, shims and instructions are included.

You will also need glue and epoxy. If your original woofer had surround treatment than you can purchase dampener.
