Brand New Sunn 1216G-SP 12″ Aftermarket Recone Kit 16 Ohm. Parts specs:

• Cone: 12″ outside diameter, 2.950″ deep, 2″ voice coil opening, ribbed, all paper
• Voice Coil: 2.022″ inside diameter, 1.375″  form length, .500″ wind width, 16 ohm, 2 layers
• Cup Spider: 2″ VC opening, 4.748″ outside diameter, .375″ cup height
• Dustcap: 2.875″ screen, lip up
  
• Gasket: 12″ paper, 4 segment 
• Pigtails, shims and instructions are included.

You will also need glue, epoxy and latex which are sold separately.
