Brand New Eminence 12″ 121532 Coax Aftermarket Recone Kit. Parts specifications:

• Cone:  12″outside diameter, 3.3″ deep, 2.0″ voice coil opening, accordion edge, smooth, the voice coil opening will need to be opened to 2.408″
• Voice Coil: 2.408″ inside diameter, 1.625″ form length, .562″ windings width, 8 ohms
• Cup Spider: 5.504″ outside diameter, 2.420″ VC opening, .562″ cup height
• Flat Spider: 4.935 outside diameter, 2.0 VC opening (coax spider) 
• Gasket: 12″ rubitex, 4 sector 
• Pigtails, shims and instructions are included.

You will also need glue, epoxy and latex which are sold separately.
